Be Sincere in Your Worship

Psalm 34: 1-3 says…
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul will make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.

Worship can happen anywhere. No matter where you are, no matter what time of day. Worship is about loving God, and sharing your love for God. You have to truly open your heart to Him.

When I finally realized the true meaning of worship, it drastically changed my life. I feel the Holy Spirit in me when His music is sang, or His words are spoken. The deep feeling in my heart is unexplainable, but I guarantee there’s no going back after you experience it!

Think about what brings you the most joy, and what you may already be worshiping. We are quick to share the excitement of a big win, or of someone famous we met. But, how quick are you to share the love of God? Make sure when something great happens, you PRAISE GOD! And give him the worship he deserves.

Through the good AND bad times, not just the bad. Trust in the Lord, and know that even in tough times, His plans for you are still good! Be blessed and encouraged.

Romans 12:12 says: Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

The Prodigal Son

Have you all heard about the Prodigal Son? I love it. Everytime I hear this story, my face lights up! A son gets his father's estate early, and decides to do life on his own. Goes off and starts spending his riches and partying like nothing. Then when he's broke, he realizes that he messed up! He's on the streets, out of money, and hungry. He decides to go back to his father. When he reaches his father, he begs for forgiveness and admits he messed up. His father, without hesitation, welcomes his son back with open arms and has a big celebration!!! That is exactly like our Heavenly Father. No matter how much you mess up or turn your back on Him...He's waiting for you with open arms! He will celebrate your return too!
