Life is full of ups and downs, and when we go through these trials and tribulations...it always seems like a good time to pray. But the bible tells us that we should ALWAYS stay in prayer. Through the good AND bad times, not just the bad. Trust in the Lord, and know that even in tough times, His plans for you are still good! Be blessed and encouraged.

Romans 12:12 says: Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
